The Boston Marathon may call for a little buzz.

Back Bay’s three-story observatory and restaurant View Boston is asking the community for help to create a signature drink that celebrates the 2025 Boston Marathon.

To enter, the public must provide a name, key ingredients, inspiration behind the drink, and why it represents Marathon Monday via an online survey.

View Boston’s goal with the initiative is to “unite the city’s creativity and passion for the race,” according to a press release. They’re accepting entries through March 31.

“The world’s most iconic sporting events have their own signature drinks, so why shouldn’t Boston?” Mackenzie Finn, View Boston senior marketing manager said in the release. “With this survey, we’re inviting all marathon goers to put their stamp on what we hope will become a Boston tradition, and join us in celebrating the runners as they cross the finish line on Boylston Street.”

The drink, as well as a non-alcoholic version, will be revealed on April 17 at View Boston. The cocktail will also be available year-round for visitors after the marathon.
