Abby Patkin is a general assignment news reporter whose work touches on public transit, crime, health, and everything in between. She joined Boston.com in 2022 from the MetroWest Daily News and was previously a staff writer for the Brookline TAB and the Wellesley Townsman. A Greater Boston native and reformed collegiate rower, Abby can often be found jogging along the Charles (or digging into a slice of pizza after a long run).
