She joined the newsroom in 2015 after working as a general assignment reporter for KPFA Pacifica Radio in Berkeley, California, and for the Ithaca Times in Ithaca, New York. As a member of Boston.com’s general assignment team, her coverage over the years has ranged across topics from breaking news and crime to historical features and politics. She often focuses on the overlapping issues of public health, addiction, and mental health in Boston and New England. Whenever she has the opportunity, she loves to interview authors about books.
