27 Marchant Avenue, the home that Taylor Swift purchased during her romance with Conor Kennedy, is officially on the market for $14.5 million.

The 5,064-square-foot home, which is being sold furnished, has eight bedrooms and seven baths (five full, two half). The 1.1-acre property sits on an elevated bluff with 200 feet of private beach space.

“It is quintessential Cape Cod. It is absolutely gorgeous,” said Robert Kinlin of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Robert Paul Properties, who has the listing

Swift purchased the home in 2012 for $4.8 million and sold it shortly after. However, the home has has been meticulously transformed inside and out since then, Kinlin said, noting the property has been expanded to include over 5,000 square feet of exquisitely curated living and outdoor spaces.

“The home was completely reimagined from a vintage seaside cottage into an elegant coastal retreat with panoramic ocean views from nearly every room. It captures the essence of what we all remember from summers on the Cape,” said Kinlin, noting the changes happened about six or seven years ago. “It was stripped down, inside and out, and totally rebuilt, replumbed, with all new electrical, plumbing, heating, windows, doors, roof, and everything.”

A large circular driveway welcomes guests. Step inside the dramatic foyer to find whitewashed plank walls and beamed ceilings. The home establishes a luxurious cottage feel, while expansive windows capitalize on the view.

“The views are outstanding,” Kinlin said. “Nothing is blocking any of the views. There’s a view from just about every room.”

A kitchen features a large center island, top-of-the-line appliances, and custom cabinetry. The bright sunroom, one of the expanded spaces in the home, features endless floor-to-ceiling windows that stream in natural light. The dining room, an ideal entertaining space, has French doors that open up to the lawn with a view of the Nantucket Sound.

Directly off the three-car garage is an office area, in case you have to put in some work hours during your summer vacation. That space has its own half-bathroom.

Swift purchased the home from the Coleman family, longtime friends of the Kennedys and prominent Hyannis Port residents. The current owners rebuilt the sea wall and added a waterside swimming pool with a nearby fire pit. A stone patio provides ideal space for outdoor barbeques, and impeccable landscaping features rolling green lawns, all with the beauty of the ocean behind you. Just a quick flight of steps leads down to the private beach.

Another bonus:  The property is not in the floodplain.
